A lifelong resident of Wills Point, Tabetha is deeply rooted in her community, with both her and her children attending WPISD. As a licensed religious counselor, she is dedicated to serving those around her and has a strong passion for the well-being of Van Zandt County and its residents. Her commitment to the local community drives her to positively impact the lives of those she serves, reflecting her deep-seated love for the area and its people.
Paige Redding

Since purchasing New Life in 2019 and relocating it from Dallas to her hometown of Wills Point, Paige has made it her mission to redefine home healthcare by prioritizing patient relationships over insurance claims. Drawing from her personal experiences in the industry, she tirelessly strives to enhance care standards and create an environment where patients are treated like family, promoting a culture of compassion and personalized support within her agency.
Susan Milbauer

With a robust background in corporate IT, Susan partnered with Paige in 2021 to enhance the New Life’s operations and expand its reach, particularly in establishing vital relationships with the VA. Her contributions have been instrumental in broadening the agency’s scope of patient care, ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of service and support possible, while integrating her technical expertise to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Tyler Jefferey

Tyler, an MBA graduate with a background in psychology, is dedicated to enhancing healthcare operations and ensuring seamless collaboration among staff. Growing up in Canton, she is passionate about addressing the shortage of exceptional care in rural East Texas. Her vision is to expand Bridging the Gap to create positive changes that impact the lives of as many individuals as possible, reflecting her commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and quality in underserved communities.
Rachael Neighbors

Rachael, who joined New Life in 2022, is known for her strong organizational skills and dedication to patient care. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the PHC department complies with regulations while providing crucial support to the PHC team. With in-depth knowledge of the efforts and progress that have shaped the company, Rachael is committed to maintaining high standards and fostering an environment of excellence in patient service.
Logan Martini
Board Member
Logan, a Texas Tech graduate, leads all marketing initiatives for the company, bringing a unique perspective from his background in ministry and a strong desire to serve others. A Canton High School alumnus, he has firsthand experience of the need for quality healthcare in his community. His passion for the Bridging the Gap’s mission drives him to actively contribute to its growth and positive impact, and he is excited to play a role in enhancing healthcare access and services for the community.
